My name is Wayne Whited, and I’m a certified real estate appraiser serving the Dallas, TX, area.

My experience as a loan officer allowed me to work on appraisal reports. I was intrigued by the process and jumped when a position opened up to learn how to become an appraiser. In 2017, I founded ServiceMark Appraisal Services with the mission of helping clients make their valuation process simpler.

What sets me apart from other candidates is my ability to solve problems. Dealing with problems from all parts of the country and not just the usual run-of-the-mill issues is something I have experience with. Therefore, you can expect me to put your needs first, provide unbiased advice or even refer you to someone else if I cannot personally solve the problem.
